 Time for another update on your new home at the Douglas Grand at Winter Park!
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Since our last update, we have completed most of the framing of the units on the New York Ave/Morse Blvd. building and begun framing the 3rd and 4th floor of the Welbourne/Virginia building. Final exterior finishes are being delivered to the site for installation and PELLA windows has completed the majority of the window installation. The skylights in our New York/Morse building have been installed which will flood the units with natural light. More updates to follow.
DESIGN SELECTION PROGRESS : All design selection sessions have been completed for all current residents. All orders are being placed for the requested selections. No more changes to units can be accepted at this time.
